In todays software-driven world, people have gotten over their fear of shipping products as a company. Software developers in particular have gotten pretty good at this whole “Ship the code to product now, because we need to shipit” thing.

You know what? He’s right. Far too many people fail to ship because they are afraid of that collision and what could happen (both success and failure). They let the lizard brain control them.
