Find a leader who understands that trust is important. Also find one that knows it is earned, not given. They’ll likely understand that it’s easily broken, but double check.

Perhaps more importantly, find yourself a team that will be forgiving, and understands that life moves fast and sometimes you just have to run with the opportunities laid before you.

It’s a delicate balance, and is hard to do.

But above all…

Find people who are honest and have integrity.

If you have those, then you cannot fail.
